Twice a year, the University of Oregon would have a street fair on campus where food trucks, craft booths, and everything in between would set up on the main road. While booking it to Frisco’s, the food truck that had my favorite pulled chicken sandwich, I came across a booth called Wild Friends where two girls were giving away free samples of peanut and almond butter out of those plastic, to-go salad dressing containers. Free samples?? Hell yeah!! That’s enough to make me stop.

It took me forever to get into sweet potatoes. The first time I had them they were roasted with cinnamon sprinkled on top. I know a lot of people may disagree with me, but YUCK!!! I really don’t like when they’re sweetened, it doesn’t seem right. It’s safe to say, you won’t see me eating any sweet potato casserole at Thanksgiving, that’s for sure!
