Evan Jager – Olympic Silver Medalist, American Record Holder

Evan Jager needs no introduction. He’s the American record holder in the 3K steeplechase, a 4-time World Championship participant, 2-time Olympian, and has won both a World Championship bronze medal and an Olympic silver medal.

When I asked if he’d be willing to share a day-in-the-life of his fall eating and training he not only agreed, but he sent me A WEEK worth. He does want to note that this is considered his “downtime”, and that it doesn’t reflect his hard training phases or competition season.

One thing to notice, he ALWAYS eats or drinks something directly after working out. Super important to not only fueling yourself before a workout, but also after.
